P#2 - Should the project grant approval process be put to a community vote?

Summary Today at Poolz there is a grant program for projects in the early stage. Poolz requires each project to submit an application here, and then the Poolz team performs a review and alters the project to fit the grant criteria. Upon completing all the necessary adjustments and meeting all the requirements, the team will decide if the grant should be awarded.

Proposal Do you think a community vote should be used to determine whether or not a project will receive a grant?

Note: Only council members will be able to vote for grants if the proposal is accepted. This will be carried out in a similar manner to the approval process for IDOs
