Unlock Incentive % Amendment

This Proposal: Current active proposal is suggesting a 10% incentive for revealing during a 72 hour period. We think this % incentive might be too low and thus increase the risk of the unlock game not being realized as intended. We also realize however that there is a lot of redundancy involved, and thus having too high of a bonus might be unnecessary. We also hear the voice of the community that is concerned about rewarded active vs. passive community contributors.

Thus, we would like to put the % bonus to vote. We present 3 options: 10%, 30% and 50%
