### tl;dr: Unlock 60,000 USDC to fund various initiatives and payments, explained below.

Unlocks requested

This section pertains to the unlock of funds for a number of expenses that the DeSciWorld Core Team must facilitate, including also gratuitary backpay for unpaid work and expenses from the previous months.

Backpay Salaries

1. 10,000 USDC for Joshua (ops)
2. 10,000 USDC for at0x (dev)
3. 5,500 USDC for Andrea (dev)
4. 7,000 USDC for Carlos (dev)
5. 2,500 USDC for Jax (ops)
6. 2,500 USDC for Carolina (ops)

Expenses

1. 5000 USDC for bot.fun immediate expenses
2. 5000 USDC for various operational expenses
3. 10000 USDC for legal expenses

Description of requests

Backpay : These are proposed backpayments for individuals working hard on DeSciWorld without payment for the last few months. The amount of payment reflects the amount of work and length of time without payment.

Expenses:

1. bot.fun has some immediate payments for infra, compute and other important payments. These funds will be released to the bot.fun multisig.
2. Various operational expenses includes premium team plans for a number of apps such as ClickUp, Gsuite, Notion, TG, hosting, storage etc.
3. We have legal counsel ready to assist in the full setup of our legal structures, this initial unlock will get the ball rolling. More will be required later.

FLOAT: The additional 2500 USDC will be held in a hot wallet to allow for micro-expenses without additional proposal. All transactions will be logged and reported.

Recording

All transactions and invoices have and will continue to be logged in the relevant databases (Notion), available for viewing by any preDAO member upon request.

If you vote “Yes” to this proposal, you agree to all points made here including the 60,000 USDC unlock for the stated expenses.
