This section pertains to the unlock of funds for a number of expenses including salaries, partnerships and legal.

Salaries

Development (Dan, Mickey, Carlos, Matti, Lan, Andrea, Luka): 19,300 USDC Core Leads (Josh, Jelani, Carolina, Jax): 15,000 USDC Marketing (Omar, Inga/Sasha, Iqra, Marcus): 14,000 USDC Total: 48,300 USDC

Expenses

1. 25,000 USDC for CryptoEconLab partnership payment 1 of 2 (50%)
2. 15,000 USDC for Astro KOL partnership payment 1 of 2 (50%)
3. 25,000 USDC for ongoing Legal payments

Description of requests

Salaries: These are proposed payments for individuals working hard on DeSciWorld in various operational capacities. The team has grown a lot in the last month and this is to prepare us for a massive Q1.

Expenses:

1. CEL are proposed to join us in partnership for the creation of a full tokeneconomics build and documentation for $KNOW
2. A long-term strategic partnership with “Astro J”, a respected and experienced KOL manager, to join DeSciWorld and contribute his network and advice for the foreseeable future.
3. We have legal counsel ready to assist in the full setup of our legal structures, this unlock will get the ball rolling. More may be required later.

Recording

All transactions and invoices have and will continue to be logged in the relevant databases (Notion), available for viewing by any preDAO member upon request.
