Summary

This proposal requests an unlock of 11,850 USDC for a variety of expenses stated below. Also proposes an increase in monthly salary for three Core Leads, from $1500/month to $2500/month

Core Team Compensation Changes

Currently, the Core Team receives 1500/month. This is a low amount for the standard of work being produced by each of the three Core Leads; Dr. Jelani Clarke, Carolina Menchaca and Joshua Bate. In order to appropriately incentivise good work, whilst being mindful of our currently still limited budget, we are proposing a very modest increase of the monthly Core salary from $1500 to $2500 per month.

(We anticipate that as the $DSCI token launch nears, and the requisite treasury is filled, we may vote for an additional increase that brings incentives close to parity with their skill and effort required)

### Expenses

1. 3 x 2500 USDC for three Core Leads (Jelani, Carolina and Joshua)
2. 1500 USDC for Operations Lead
3. 1500 USDC for Content Director (premptive unlock)
4. 1350 USDC for Longevity X DeSci Conference in NYC

### Description of expenses

1. Salary for Core Leads at newly proposed rate.
2. Operations Lead Paula's salary for July.
3. We are hiring a content director to handle SMM and all other content uploads as a matter of urgnecy, this unlock will be used to incentivise this person.
4. Jelani's flight/accom expenses @ Longevity X DeSci conference in New York - August 10th and 11th.

All transactions and invoices will be logged in the relevant databases (Notion), available for viewing by any preDAO member upon request.

### Voting If you vote “Yes” to this proposal, you agree to all points made here including the 11,850 USDC unlock for the stated expenses, and the increase to the Core Lead's monthly compensation.
