Rewarding contributors for content creation for our partners.

INTRODUCTION PrimapesDAO has had a lot of partnership opportunities and as we grow, I expect a lot more to come through. So far we've partnered with FactorDAO, 0xAcid, and Pepe's Game. With these partnerships we're offered a percentage of token supply in exchange for marketing (social media engagement, content creation like Twitter threads, alpha reports, etc), sharing updates about their protocol with our community, and using their products.

For future partnerships, if a protocol offers a percentage of tokens, or X amount of tokens, we're now going to send 50% of them to the PrimapesDAO treasury, and the other 50% going to 1 to 2 of our researchers/contributors that are assigned the task of creating content for our new partners. This helps reduce my workload and incentivizes and rewards our content creators.

Since Pepe's Game's token hasn't launched yet, I will be the first contributor to benefit from this with 50% of the tokens allocated to us will be sent to me, and the other 50% sent to the Primapes treasury.

PROPOSAL Send 1 $ACID per month to compensate Thade for content creation for 0xAcid.

RATIONALE I've been the sole contributor to create content for 0xAcid and Pepe's Game, while receiving some help with content for Factor. Factor and 0xAcid sent vested and locked tokens directly to our treasury. I was ok with these tokens getting sent to the treasury but now that things with Primapes are starting to ramp up, I find myself scrambling for time and all of my duties getting hard to manage.

Our tokens for FactorDAO ($FCTR) have already started vesting so we won't touch them and just keep 100% of them in our treasury.

0xAcid has already sent our treasury 15 $ACID which we've locked for 1 year. So far in the 2 weeks we've had our $ACID locked, we've farmed 6 $ACID (which has to be vested from esACID). We're compounding all rewards and staking to farm more esACID/wstETH.

I (Thade) will be the content creator for 0xAcid on behalf of PrimapesDAO and propose payment of 1 $ACID per month until our 15 $ACID unlock on March 13th, 2024. I will create at least 2 pieces of content per month for 0xAcid as well as keep our community updated, and provide engagement on Twitter.
