Plans and actions for Primapes in the treasury - 21 + 8 Primapes for contributors

Our treasury holds 229 Primapes. These Primapes are from the left-over amount from the free mints + extras minted to get to 1,007 total supply. These Primapes are currently sitting idle and I will use this proposal to outline some future plans and how we want to allocate these Primapes.

PROPOSAL: These allocations are subject to change but this is how many Primapes we'd like to allocate to each of these and other initiatives in the future:

[1 Primape from treasury per month for the next 12 months sent to Thade] Since the mint ended I've sent myself 1 free Primape (as well as 1 free Primape to the rest of the Cartel members at the time) and paid myself back the expenses it cost me to get the website and smart contracts done for Primapes. Other than the 1 free Primape I've sent myself in December, I've been working for free on Primapes. So far we've only used treasury funds/Primapes to pay for bots/tools and dev work. I wanted to eventually start paying myself when the treasury has grown to a much bigger amount but with the amount of time I'm putting in, I think 1 Primape per month is fair compensation.

[1 Primape to each of our new alpha callers] Send 1 Primape from treasury to Sajuio, Fatbatm, YoungBlood, Scalps, and Delusional K - 5 total. We appreciate everyone being active in the server but with these guys as our new editions we're fortunate to have daily alpha calls.

[1 Primape to each of our new Cartel members] The Primape Cartel is the PrimapesDAO council. I go to them for suggestions, second opinions, treasury management, and they also have access to Alpha Calls. These Primapes will be sent to DefiDog, Dullbrainz, PNP, and Pipedream (Mazey) - 4 total.

This would leave 208 Primapes remaining in the treasury. I suggest allocating a set amount as followed:

8 Primapes allocated to payments for bots, tools, dev work, contributions, etc. Some of the people building for us have requested Primapes as payment but once these allocated Primapes have been exhausted we will use ETH/USDC from treasury to pay for these services.

50 Primapes allocated for weekly auctions. The way these auctions will work is the first Primape will be put up for auction for at, or near, floor price and will require a bid to start the auction. Once a bid is placed it starts a 24 hour auction on that Primape with the highest bidder at the end of the 24 hours winning the Primape. Once that auction ends, another Primape will be put up for auction 7 days later. The auctions will only start once the Primape put up for auction receives a bid. 100% of funds from these sales will go to the PrimapesDAO treasury.

50 Primapes allocated for renting. We're looking into ways to rent out Primapes on a weekly/monthly basis to give anyone on the fence about purchasing a Primape, or even people priced out, a sneak peek into our Alpha Hub. We'll start off with a small amount of Primapes up for rent and eventually (if demand is there) allow other holders to list their apes for rent as well.

The last 100 Primapes to be held in treasury and used for any of the above (auctions, renting, contributor payments), partnerships, collaborations, OTC sales, and any other initiatives.
