22.00011.HARMONY Prop: Treasury Council Voting

You are able to distribute your voting power across all candidates. Let’s assume you hold 100 INK - you can either give all your votes to one person, or split it up in whichever split you see fit. For example, the First Candidate receives 50 votes, the second candidate 30 votes and the third candidate 20 votes. The remaining 8 candidates receive 0 votes. You will be able to vote for as many people as you like.

There are currently five treasury council spots open, and therefore the five candidates with the most aggregate votes across all chains will be elected.
