[PIP-032] Vault updates on all original LST vaults and LRT vaults
The following changes are proposed :
Deprecation to multiple vault types, original wstETH, rETH, cbETH, and sfrxETH vaults with the 4% interest rate cap and weETH, ezETH, and rsETH LRT vaults. Deployment of multiple new vault types, rETH, cbETH, weETH, ezETH, rsETH. Disable emission receivers of the deprecated vaults Enable emission receivers for the new vaults
