This page will display current NFT price in the market versus the leasing/renting price, this will help users see price differences. Users listing/leasing NFTs for rental purpose will have the option to input market price Versus leasing price.

MOTIVATION: Since Prom is more rental oriented, this will give users price insights and encourage more of borrowing.
