Summary To upgrade Prom efficiently and make it maximally customer-oriented, its users and token holders should be able to propose changes and additions in a convenient way. Thus, a user-friendly request form should be added to the website. Value Proposition This request form is vital for Prom, because:

1. It will help the team to improve the platform, explore the project from the users’ point of view, see hidden problems, distinguish growth areas, and set new goals.
2. Users will be able to influence the development of the project without gathering quorums. The further development of request forms can be proposed by other users. Thus, they can be upgraded.

Description Many successful projects have request forms on their official websites for users to express their opinions and share their ideas. Meanwhile, changes in blockchain products tend to be caused mostly by binding DAOs’ proposals.

Prom, however, can be an exception and have a user-friendly request form for not binding ideas that can be implemented at the company's discretion.

Technical Details The request forms should be easy-to-use. However, not to let competitors steal Prom users’ ideas, all the data should not be in the public domain and kept secret by the team.
