Offer 1e for inappropriately rehomed moonbird

BlueGoose lost his moonbird to a phishing attack on mint day. We accidentally bought it via a LooksRare collection offer.

This is because BlueGoose reported the item stolen from him, and buying and selling stolen goods in the US (where OS is based) is illegal.

The downside of this is that one day this moonbird will be less desirable to others when we decide to liquidate. It won't be worth significantly less, in my opinion.

This proposal is to offer BlueGoose 1 eth to remove the flag via OS, held in escrow by Serpin Taxt until the flag is removed. Upon removal we will pay BlueGoose 1eth for this removal.
