Begin Liquidation Process for ProoferDAO

This proposal would begin the liquidation process for ProoferDAO and seek to determine the best way to liquidate the entire portfolio of assets in the five days following the potential passage of this proposal.

To be clear, this proposal would not directly result in the sale of any assets, but would begin the process of determining the best way to sell off assets.

Consequently, another proposal would need to be made and passed for any asset sale to actually occur.

The hope is with this proposal, the DAO will be able to determine whether liquidation is the path we would like to pursue.
