Liquidate Grails into more MB

I believe that Moonbirds have the most upside in the proof ecosystem, and we should continue to try and stack as many as possible. We now have exposure to Grails through ProofGrailsDAO with our 6e investment, so we aren't divesting fully from Grails.

I propose we sell 4 grails

• Ixian No-Ships (3.75e)
• Wall (12e)
• What do you "B" (3.5e)
• How to start a War (13e)

With undercutting and fees, this will net us between 28-30e

We have 26e in the treasury, the intent would be to get a minimum of 2 moonbirds.

This proposal requires full authorization to Serpin Taxt to sell the grails on a separate vault (as we cannot list them in Gnosis) and buy Moonbirds at his discretionary price.

Target Moonbird Price 22e buying just at Saturday's otherside sale which people will liquidate for.

It's unlikely we'll sell all grails by Saturday, and if we are only able to buy 1 moonbird we will execute the purchase of a 2nd once all grails are sold or the price has dipped low enough to buy.
