Proposal to Amend section 3.2 Voting Thresholds

This vote requires a 67% threshold to pass.

The objective of this proposal is to allow for ample time for the Proofer Dao members to discuss major changes to the Dao's overall purpose and objectives.

Amend section 3.2 Voting Thresholds to include:

• A discussion period is required for any vote that would fall under the 67% category. A 51% approval of the governance members is required to initiate the discussion period. That discussion period will be three days and can be initiated by any governance member via a snapshot vote calling for discussion of the proposed change.
