Sell 1 Moonbird + ~16 oddities for 1 Proof Pass OR 3 Moonbirds for 1 Proof Pass

As per the recent KRO video and shared opinions of DAO members in the discord, the oddities seem to have less potential upside than moonbirds. Therefore, it is best we sell oddities and hold onto some moonbirds.

Plan: Sell 1 moonbird and as many oddities as required to acquire a proof pass ~84 ETH. In order to achieve this goal at the most cost effective way, we will give Serpin Taxt the buying and selling power of assets for this proposal and effectively save money on the transaction. Selling a more rare bird and submitting WETH offers to achieve further cost benefits is also accepted if Serpin's chooses.
