Hello everyone. Time flies when you are having fun! I have been thrilled to serve within the ambassadors and am signalling my wishes to continue doing so! Some of the things I’ve worked on in q2

-Revenue Management/Improved Financial Efficiency

In the month of May, I contributed to a forum discussion regarding Treasury oversight and revenue management. Financial efficiency and Treasury oversight is critical to the survival of any project and I had noticed gaping holes in these areas for quite some time at GovernorDao These initial discussions grew into the finance committee which I was chosen to head. I have begun to build a tiered model of monthly Revenue management which is based on Treasury health and maximal financial efficiency. Commissions to qualified community members is included within this model and it’s completion will eliminate the need to manually revisit month over month revenue management as has been the case in the early months of the committee. This will be completed very early within the next quarter.

-Unfederal Reserve

After persistent efforts to open up a direct channel of conversation with Unfederal Reserve CEO Howard Krieger, it came to fruition in quarter 2. Our PoE quickly won him over and after one meeting, I was able to deliver an intent to work document which was accepted. The ensuing medium article highlighted their intentions to leverage PoE to provide institutional wallet access control in the future on their platform.

Though absent of immediate revenues, the open channel of communication brought forth a conversation regarding Howard’s need to launch a token for the new, related entity “Reserve Dao” I quickly kicked this info to the core team and a few weeks later GDAO had won the vote to launch their token through our LGE model. I have provided support through conduit along the way and although the event has not yet occured , if and when it does the retainer fee alone would bring the project nearly 5 times what I’ve been paid as an ambassador. The heavy lifting goes ENTIRELY to the core team but I feel I’ve provided some value here.

-Domain Dao

• accepted formal partnership proposal and have since cross marketed via socials.

• PoE integration verbally agreed upon and expected by year end 2022

-Truefreeze

•100,000 token allocation to Treasury

• shoutouts and education to Truefreeze community

-AaveGotchi

• at zombo’s direction I made contact via Aavegotchi Dao forums and attended their Dao discussion with Jon and Zombo to pitch our case to solve bot issues in their project

• core has taken lead and is soon to put forth a proposal for a mass PoE integration

-DaybyDay.io

• continued contact and cross marketing with CEO Billy Angelidis

• verbal intent to work/partner/integrate PoE

• Developers meeting Monday

-Binance Smart Chain Community Building/Stipend Fork

• as part of an unrelated initiative, Jon and I were able to build a 500 member community in a Bsc group

• also built a following on 2 large discord servers and held a meeting with BSCarmyDao for future promotional opportunities.

• Jon and I have been working on the framework for a more gamified version of the Stipend PoC for potential future deployment to Binance while leveraging the communities we’ve built and media agencies we’ve spoken to

-other stuff

•ongoing education and communications with Stake Protocol and FlameDao while working towards a PoE integration into their ROI Dapps and yield farms

-WineEstateDao and Index Co-op

• these are two leads that I spent a good deal of time on.

• after verbals for integrations and services to be provided, both projects disappeared from our radar after being crushed by the market collapse. I hope improving market sentiment will rekindle our prospects with these projects.

There are many other projects and individuals that I have reached out to that aren’t worth mentioning. I’ve learned that there are a lot more misses than hits in this racket and to remain persistent despite frustrations at times.

I want the community to know that I relentlessly pursue every avenue I can to help this project grow. I’ve spent countless hours off the record in trying to go the extra mile in doing all that I can to provide value.

I hope to be voted in to continue this journey and have enjoyed every minute of the GAMBS program to this point.
