Maximum Number of Votes per person

Being able to vote on Proposals is one of the main ways to have your voice heard in the PoG DAO, however, we need to have a limit on the number of votes an individual has. It wouldn’t be good if one person can control whether or not a proposal will pass or not. That’s not how we want our DAO to be run.

I would like to propose that we have 5 votes per person. This value will probably change as we get more members but, for now, we are still in the early stages for our DAO.
