DAO Proposal: Compensation for Steve

Dear Esteemed Community Members,

I am honored to present this crucial DAO proposal for your consideration and active participation. At the heart of this proposal lies the recognition and appreciation of Steve's extraordinary commitment and contributions to the SquadSwap ecosystem.

@Steve_Squad007, AKA "Steve Smith", embodies the very spirit of our community—selflessness, dedication, and a tireless commitment to excellence. Since the inception of SquadSwap, Steve has been at the forefront, not just as a participant, but as a guiding force, a pillar of support for all who seek assistance and direction.

It is essential to acknowledge the myriad roles Steve has undertaken within our community. From the initial days of SquadSwap's launch, Steve has seamlessly transitioned from a supportive member to a vital cog in the machinery that drives our collective success. His responsibilities span a vast spectrum: from business development to marketing, content creation to technical support, and from community organization to serving as a trusted treasury signer and advisor. Steve's expertise extends even further as he dons the hat of a creative consultant and, dare I say, a master meme maker, injecting levity and creativity into our endeavors.

The magnitude of Steve's contributions cannot be overstated. What began as a voluntary commitment has evolved into a full-time endeavor—one that consumes his time, energy, and passion. It is incumbent upon us, as a community, to ensure that such dedication and effort are appropriately recognized and compensated from Squad Treasury. His efforts will be reviewed by committee and community every 6 months, and if needed, a new proposal will be presented for the community to vote on.

To this end, I present the following options for the community to consider and vote upon:

7. Other (Please Specify): Providing flexibility for the community to propose alternative compensation structures or additional benefits.
