Proposal to initiate the Migration of stkXPRT(ERC-20) from Ethereum to the Persistence Core-1 chain

The pSTAKE team proposes the Migration of stkXPRT(ERC-20) to XPRT on the Persistence chain using a Migration tool. While stkXPRT on the Persistence chain is on the pSTAKE team's roadmap, there has yet to be a fixed timeline for it, amongst other priorities. After considering this uncertainty in the time required for developing, testing, and shipping stkXPRT on Persistence, the pSTAKE team believes it is in everyone's best interest to migrate to XPRT.

As part of the proposed Migration, all stkXPRT(ERC-20) will be unbonded & corresponding XPRT will be automatically transferred to the Persistence chain after a 21-day unbonding period.

The Migration tool overcomes UX hurdles with a single-click, seamless cross-chain Migration. All stkXPRT(ERC-20) holders will be able to claim XPRT on their Persistence address directly. The Migration tool will also aid in deprecating stkXPRT(ERC-20) over time.
