Should PsyDAO allocate up to 50 ETH to fund psychedelic research projects on Molecule Catalyst?

PsyDAO received a compelling proposal from a highly qualified psychedelic scientist for developing a suite of novel empathogens (new versions of MDMA) with near-term patentable IP for NCEs (New Chemical Entities) which can be tested via pump.science.

The Psychedelic Science working group of PSYC holders agreed that the novel empathogens project is compelling enough to warrant funding of up to 20 ETH.

If the Catalyst funding goal is met, the novel empathogens project will be sponsored by PsyDAO, minted as an IP-NFT, and used to generate fungible IP tokens for community governance.
