PDP-24: PsyDAO Stewardship Proposal - Governance and Community Coordinator

I propose to take on the Governance and Community Coordinator role with the goal of handling DAO's governance processes, community moderation, as well as web3 tasks, ensuring smooth day to day execution of workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage Discord and Telegram communities, including moderation, responding to community questions and support requests
• Handle admin operations such as roles, permissions, tooling and configuration changes across community platforms
• Own the governance process from proposal intake through Phase 1 and Phase 2 execution
• Coordinate with proposal authors and ensure governance requirements are met
• Publish governance announcements and updates across community channels
• Communicate proposal outcomes and ensure follow up actions are executed
• Maintain clear documentation of governance details, proposals and operational changes.
• Manage governance tooling and related operational workflows
• Act as an escalation point for governance and community moderation related issues
• Manage Web3 tasks including creation and removal of liquidity pools, reward claims, rebalancing and other protocol level operation where applicable, as well as managing treasury deployment for passive yield opportunities across platforms and strategies approved by governance

Compensation

• $2100/month in ETH,BIO or USDC, calculated based on market prices on the transaction date
• 50,000 PSY/month, obligation to disclose material sales.

Duration

8 months until the end of 2026 starting from May, renewable via governance vote at term end. If the service provider steps down or if the DAO decides to end the engagement before the term concludes, a 1 month notice will be given to the core team and responsibilities will be maintained by the service provider during that period to avoid disruption to DAO operations.

I take on this role with a clear sense of what is at stake. I will act in the best interest of PsyDAO and honour the duty of care owed to its members and mission - being honest about what I know and don't know, transparent about what I do and why and accountable when I fall short.
