Let's limit the 8 whitelist spots in the next batch, fib 21 to 8 pre-screened strategic members?

8 people valuable to psydao and known to most existing PSYC holders didn't get to mint in this batch. This batch minted out in 2 mins. Two colleagues at bio.xyz and molecule in the office where I am writing this proposal at this very moment were there clicking mint right at 4:20pm, but didn't get in. It was fast. We have some good shooters in fib 13.
