Operations Lead · Steven Fülle · Submitted under PDP-22 · May 2026
I propose to assume accountability for the maintenance and creation of essential connective-tissue functions of the DAO as described in PDP-22, with the goal of bringing in new contributors, deepening transparency, and getting capital moving to mission-aligned work under the new accountability structure.
As a design principle, I seek to create systems and processes that run "person-free" over time, meaning that they are either automated to the highest degree possible or otherwise systematized and documented such that any contributor can take over a given role or process by following the established script.
| Deliverable | Target |

6 months from ratification, renewable via fresh Snapshot at the next State of the Treasury vote. Two public scorecards: a mid-term progress evaluation at 3 months (status against each deliverable, updated targets if reality has shifted, forward-look to months 4-6), and a full 6-month scorecard published before the renewal vote.
I pledge to act in the best interest of PsyDAO and in accordance with the duty of care owed to its members and its mission. I commit to truth and transparency in what I share with the community, and to follow through on the work I take on.
A full COI form is on file with the PsyDAO Association Executive Committee per Verein policy (Feb 2026, updated). The operator is a PhD candidate at Maastricht University, Psychopharmacology department; PsyDAO has previously funded Maastricht-affiliated researchers. Should future proposals be in conflict through this association, the operator will flag it and recuse from the vote if needed.
