Vote on Hold or Sell DAO Treasury Assets (Punks, Moonbirds, Oddities)

As discussed in Discord, we're holding a DAO vote to determine which of the DAO treasury assets to hold and which to sell. Currently, the DAO treasury has two CryptoPunks, two Moonbirds, and two Oddities. Moonbirds are nested and eligible for the Proof token drop which is expected to occur in the coming months.

Vote Options are below. We'll use ranked-choice voting so please rank all 3 options.

1. Continue to hold everything for now

2. Sell all assets and distribute ETH pro-rata to punksded NFT holders

3. Sell only the two punks and distribute ETH pro-rata to punksded NFT holders. Hold moonbirds and oddities at least until proof token drop
