Project Runway - Updated

Overview

Over the last few months, the 3DFP team has increased their work hours and also seen improved results. (First IP deal in project history/Raffle APP/CryptoPunk IP opps). Not to mention, ETH now has a heartbeat for the first time in years, which we love to see! Due to this, we want to increase team pay by an avg of 30%, but lock in the pay in USDC. We ask for an extra 6ETH to supplement this increase in pay!

Goals

Support the team and project for the next 8 months. Ensure community fund coverage for events including DRS, whale raffle, and cross-community initiatives. This setup secures operations through year-end. The budget includes pay for all team members.
