Alpha Pay Runway from January 2024 to September 2024 (9 Month Runway)

Overview Continuation of alpha pay for the next 9 months utilising marketing, alpha, collabs and pushing the brand.

Goals The main goal of this proposal is to establish a fair and reasonable compensation amount for the work provided and will be provided going forward as we put a heavier emphasis on the alpha section within our DAO. We believe this proposal will overall allow for us to provide higher quality alpha on a more regular basis while onboarding new people to the community as a result of the reputation of our Alpha section through word of mouth. The main point of paying anyone for the work they do is to incentivize those individuals to maintain a high work efficiency rate and satisfy both parties through a mutually beneficial arrangement and that is exactly what this proposal aims to do

FrankenDAO Benefits Maintain regular giveaways Weekly Twitter Spaces with other projects and guests(Though these will not necessarily be forced if there isn’t anything planned on the schedule) Weekly Alpha VC Sessions (A specific setschedule will be made for these sessions) Option for 1 on 1 calls with Chapta and I if interested (We are always available just ask and set up a call) Chapta Daily Market Updates Collaborations/Strategic Partnerships (Tools, server integrations, longterm partnerships, etc.) Resume project reports on a need-be basis (These will be in-depth and focused on top of the line upcoming projects) Project Watchlists (No set schedule for these but will likely still be on a bimonthly basis) Early calls and Alpha calls on upcoming projects (New channel) Degen calls within the Alpha Chat for people active in the community Alpha Trading Wallet Management We as an alpha section have many more ideas to implement down the line with the specific intent to onboard new members as well as generate revenue outside of secondary sales but these ideas are still in their infancy stages. These job requirements listed above are not limited and we plan on performing other duties outside of what is listed. Partnerships. Community events.

Timeline This proposal can go into effect as soon as it passes through the proposal process. for 9 months.

Execution plan This execution plan mainly revolves around the execution of the job duties listed in the FrankenDAO Benefits section. (See Above)

Budget and fund utilization 22.5 ETH paid out over 9 months for services provided by Chapta and CC_Riders regarding management of the Alpha Section for the project. Payments will be made on the 1st of each month starting on February 1st, 2024, and will run through October 1st, 2024. Payments will be made monthly out of the alpha trading wallet which can be tracked through etherscan. (Wallet address is also pinned to Alpha-trading-wallet channel in discord)
