Overview

The secondary collection “3D FrankenMonsters” is a 3d avatar collection which has the goal of being used as a virtual persona within all interoperable metaverses. This allows us to expand the IP of the collection from just the PFP to a real virtual character which can be used as an identity within the metaverse and provide a built in utility for the collection. By upgrading the 3D collection to include vrm file format, we can ensure that our monsters are compatible with various metaverse applications and platforms. This will position us as one of the pioneering collections to enter the metaverse and gain visibility alongside other established collections.

To drive sales within the metaverse community, we can leverage the unique features and characteristics of the 3D FrankenMonsters. These virtual personas can be showcased in content creation, such as videos, livestreams, and artwork, to attract attention to our community and collection. By creating engaging content, we can generate demand and interest in our 3D FrankenMonsters.

This strategic move allows us to tap into the growing metaverse community and position ourselves as one of the first collections to expand our community into the metaverse.

• Utilize the monster vrms to partner with 3d communities
• Host events in The Lab hyperfy space and with other metaverse builders to educate
• Create content with the monsters to post on social's to give exposure to the collection

Phase 2: Collection Upgrade

• Contract Polygonal Mind / VIPe to upgrade collection to vrm file format
• Giveaway monsters on twitter spaces and in M3 communities to promote upgrade
• Continue partnering with metaverse creators to reach target audience

Phase 3: Release upgrade

• Collection Listed on VIPE marketplace
• Stream town halls and AMAs in The Lab to utilize the monster vrms
• Create a reveal party or events with other top communities to promote the upgrade

Budget and fund utilization

$30000 to contract Polygonal Mind / VIPE to develop upgrade (16 ETH estimate to account for price volatility, will send back ETH not used)
