3DFP Mod Compensation Proposal

Overview

Dear Community,

Hexer, Hurricane, MaxedOut, MrAnonyme, Paulomb and Stella are writing to propose a compensation plan for the moderating role we have been performing at 3D FrankenPunks. As active and dedicated moderators, we believe it is essential to recognize the value and contribution of this role to the success of the community. We have thoroughly enjoyed working as moderators and contributing to the growth and well-being of the 3D FrankenPunks community. The responsibilities and duties associated with moderating require a significant amount of time, effort, and expertise. In light of this, We would like to propose the following compensation plan:

Budget and fund utilization

One time payout: We kindly request a 4.5 ETH (0.75 ETH each) payout for the time spent moderating the 3DFP community. Moderators had many jobs over the last year. Including weekly 30min+ moderator meetings to be up-to-date for almost a year, answering over 3’000 tickets, addressing community members concerns, finding solutions to community members problems, enforcing community guidelines, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment which contains over 40’000 messages from us. Setting up, running and creating multiple community events like Smash Karts, movie nights, Poker games, Rumble, Fantasy Football and even cross community events and also creating art and banners for them. As well as not being allowed to participate in the three months Discord Rewards System with a monthly 10’000$ pool, but having multiple jobs to help the community managers keep track of the leaderboard. Managing the winners of giveaways which means verify the winner and add them to the send out list.

This payout should reflect the expertise and dedication required for the role over the past year.
