2025 - 3 month Operating Budget (redo)

Overview

Alongside the proposal mentioned above , we will also require funds for the team pay , DRS , game nights ,credit card fees for 2024 repayment which totalled $7.8k USD and additional miscellaneous costs which may occur during the first 3 months of 2025.

Goals

Fund prizes and community events throughout the period whilst our raffle idea is ongoing and potentially new members are joining the community. Alongside this is the pay we require for the team as well as paying off fees on the credit card which occurred during 2024. This proposal aims to set the project up and give us a runway for atleast another 3 months after which we will reevaluate the position of the project take it further thereafter for the rest of 2025.

The tresury is given out to community and rewards participation and engagement in the community and web3 space. The project remains running with a capable and reliable team for atleast the period of this runway of funds

Timeline

These funds in conjunction with the left over funds already in the alpha trading wallet and dao ops wallet will be rolled forward into the new year and utilized started 1 January 2025

Execution plan

Fulfill the proposal which grants funds . Payoff the existing credit card fees . Allow the start of the new DRS season and game nights in the new year once this proposal passes.

Budget and fund utilization

8.5 eth ( 4 eth to the alpha trading wallet for community activations and payouts and 4.5 eth to the DAO ops wallet for ongoing expenses) will top up the funds sitting in the operations and alpha wallet to the required level needed to fund the next 3 months progress and goals as mentioned above
