Meebits Aquisition REDO (Including TXNS)

Overview This proposal aims to secure funding to acquire around 5 Meebit NFTs sub 2 Eth and expand the IP access we have beyond our Cryptopunk NFTs.

Timeline ASAP. This proposal can be executed once the funds are sent to the designated Gnosis Safe Address.

Execution plan 1.) Utilize Treasury Funds to purchase 4-5 Meebit NFTs sub 2Eth

2.) This proposal is intended to be a long term hold with the goal of expanding our projects IP. -With this being said, our target exit prices are at 4 Eth for the first Meebit and 7 Eth for a second Meebit. -The other 3 Meebits purchased are meant to be held long term and any decisions regarding the sale or transfer of the final two Meebit NFTs require a proposal to be passed beforehand.

Budget and fund utilization -The total cost of this acquisition would cost approximately 7.5 Eth(This Includes Gas Costs). This would allow us to purchase approximately 5 Meebit NFTs assuming the floor price is 1.5 Eth or below (Entry should be lower than 1.5 eth but this provides wiggle room in case of a pump)

-Any Funds not utilized to purchase the Meebit NFTs will be sent back to the DAO Treasury Gnosis. Additionally, the Meebit NFTs will be held within the same Gnosis Safe as our CryptoPunk Assets OR potentially one of the other Gnosis Safes that are used regularly for the project.
