The purpose of this proposal is to layout a work compensation plan going forward for Lead Alpha Moderator (CC_Riders) and the soon to be Co-Lead Alpha Moderator (Chapta) as we increase the importance of Alpha within our DAO/project. This proposal is meant to explicitly state the job duties as Lead Alpha Mods that are getting compensation for the work they provide going forward. The compensation itself is requested to be paid on a biweekly basis and the compensation amount can be reviewed and re-evaluated each month based on actual performance. The overall purpose of this proposal is to improve on the quality of alpha provided within the Frankenpunk DAO while showing good faith through compensation which ultimately incentivizes us to provide the highest quality alpha that we possibly can. We feel that a fair compensation rate for the work being provided (Listed in FrankenDAO Benefits Section) is 1.5 Eth on a biweekly basis between the two of us. This amounts to 3 eth monthly and assuming that things remain unchanged then would total to 18 eth total over 6 months of work. Open for conversation to why we think this is a fair compensation going forward and I would like to emphasize that the amount can be revised on a monthly basis depending on how much you all value the content being provided.
The main goal of this proposal is to establish a fair and reasonable compensation amount for the work provided and will be provided going forward as we put a heavier emphasis on the alpha section within our DAO. We believe this proposal will overall allow for us to provide higher quality alpha on a more regular basis while onboarding new people to the community as a result of the reputation of our Alpha section through word of mouth. The main point of paying anyone for the work they do is to incentivize those individuals to maintain a high work efficiency rate and satisfy both parties through a mutually beneficial arrangement and that is exactly what this proposal aims to do.
Many of the FrankenDAO Benefits from this proposal will be provided through the actual work that Chapta and I do going forward. Here is a list of the job duties that will be performed between the two of us assuming this proposal is approved by the community: -Maintain the current collaboration giveaway rate -Spaces with other projects on a weekly to biweekly basis (This generally will vary depending on the projects we are in communications with at the time. This will not be forced and we will do spaces with projects and founders or influencers that we think can actually provide value in someway. These will be informative spaces.) -Chapta's Daily Market Updates -Resume Individual Reports on a weekly to biweekly basis (Biweekly Minimum. This is another job duty that will not be forced if there is nothing to report on. If there are projects worth reporting about then there will be a report on them. Will also accept requests to do specific project reports from community members but whether or not the report is actually made will be at our discretion depending on how we feel about that project) -Weekly Alpha VC sessions that focus on Education and Live Trading (These will likely be 30 minute to 1 hour sessions and the dates/times are still to be decided) -Degen and Alpha calls made in the Alpha Chat. There will not be an actual channel made for these calls because there is no reason to be blind aping into projects that are called just cause someone called them. Creating a channel specifically for degen calls would be pointless as it encourages people to ape into projects without any real knowledge on what the projects are about. Will consider creating an Alpha channel specifically for early calls and mid/longer term plays) -Overseeing and leading the Alpha Guild -Potentially overseeing and managing Alpha trading Wallet (Still TBD based on community vote)
This proposal can go into effect as soon as the community wants it to assuming it is approved. We also would like to state that this proposal can be reviewed and amended on a monthly basis depending on how much the community values the content being provided through our Alpha section.
This execution plan mainly revolves around the execution of the job duties listed in the FrankenDAO Benefits section. (See Above)
1.) 1.5 Eth paid biweekly to a specified wallet which will be split between Chapta and CC_Riders for work compensation. All funds in this proposal are specifically for work compensation and are not required to be used on the growth of the project. Any Alpha guild functions performed will be paid directly from the alpha guild fund. 2.) I originally intended to making the timeline indefinite since Chapta and I have no intentions on leaving but the more I think about it, the more I realize its best to make the timeline for this proposal 3 months before revisiting and recreating the proposal for the following months. With that being said, the total cost of this proposal over the next 3 months would be a total of 9 Eth which would be split accordingly between CC_Riders and Chapta for the job duties performed (4.5 eth each over 3 months)
