The purpose of this proposal is to layout a work compensation plan going forward for Lead Alpha Moderator (CC_Riders) and the soon to be Co-Lead Alpha Moderator (Chapta) as we increase the importance of Alpha within our DAO/project. This proposal is meant to explicitly state the job duties as Lead Alpha Mods that are getting compensation for the work they provide going forward. The compensation itself is requested to be paid on a biweekly basis and the compensation amount can be reviewed and re-evaluated each month based on actual performance. The overall purpose of this proposal is to improve on the quality of alpha provided within the Frankenpunk DAO while showing good faith through compensation which ultimately incentivizes us to provide the highest quality alpha that we possibly can.
The main goal of this proposal is to establish a fair and reasonable compensation amount for the work provided and will be provided going forward as we put a heavier emphasis on the alpha section within our DAO. We believe this proposal will overall allow for us to provide higher quality alpha on a more regular basis while onboarding new people to the community as a result of the reputation of our Alpha section through word of mouth. The main point of paying anyone for the work they do is to incentivize those individuals to maintain a high work efficiency rate and satisfy both parties through a mutually beneficial arrangement and that is exactly what this proposal aims to do
We as an alpha section have many more ideas to implement down the line with the specific intent to onboard new members as well as generate revenue outside of secondary sales but these ideas are still in their infancy stages. These job requirements listed above are not limited and we plan on performing other duties outside of what is listed.
This proposal can go into effect as soon as it passes through the proposal process.

**-Here is the reformed payment model proposed: ** 1.) 1.5 Eth compensation per month split between Chapta and CC_Riders(.75 eth each per month and amount fluctuates with the price of Eth) -.75 Eth sent monthly to the following addresses: -0xc83e54cA974D139Bf12F0A9aEa66E81500d1d378 -0xdAbd0D8Cf23C877030fc6a08ecC8e5aBC925328c 2.) Trading Wallet Incentive Bonus (Trading Wallet will be funded initially with 2 Eth): 0xC926e0aB73e0B962821f90C5333a39C4170689a9 Gnosis safe address -80% of profits from Trading Wallet allocated to the DAO Treasury -20% of profits made will be split between Chapta and CC_Riders (10% each) - Trading Wallet will be managed using Gnosis Safe and will be controlled by Cess, Chapta, and I (Requires ⅔ majority to submit a transaction) 3.) The compensation and incentives amount can be reviewed month to month and the actual budgeting may be amended every 3 months.
