2025 DAO Runway Proposal

Overview

We require the 37.7 St ETH to be sent to the dao ops gnosis wallet for community rewards, activations, making adjustments to team pay, and proving runway for 6 months. This will liquidate the remaining staked eth we have in the executor wallet for this proposal as we attempt to reduce our eth exposure to the market and cycle some of our funds into stablecoins such as in the prvious WBTC conversion proposal and upcoming cryptopunk sale proposal to ensure project longevity

Goals

Fund team and project for the next 6 months as well as Fund prizes and community events throughout the period whilst our raffle idea is ongoing and potentially new members are joining the community. This proposal aims to set the project up and give us a runway for atleast another 6 months after which we will reevaluate the position of the project take it further thereafter for the remainder of 2025. Lastly, we also would like to officially add Nelson and Dan back to the team budget, at different salaries.

FrankenDAO Benefits

The treasury is given out to community and rewards participation and engagement in the community and web3 space. The project remains running with a capable and reliable team for atleast the period of this runway of funds. Also, over the last few months Nelson has been more active in 3DFP and we'd like that to continue, giving him a salary will help that.

Timeline

These funds will be used immediately to fund the team pay, DRS seasons payouts and whale raffle prizes.

Budget and fund utilization

Breakdown - Team pay 25eth (includes Roberto, Stella,Hexer, Lawrence, Dougie, Josh and some spare (3eth) for additional changes and increases based on targets hits . Nelson - 1ETH / month Dan - .25ETH / month Game nights - 2.4eth DRS - 6eth Miscellaneous - 2 eth

The remainder of the funds to fulfill these areas will be utlised from the funds sent by Nelson back to the DAO ops wallet frothe leftover funds from the MEMECOIN which is =/-5 eth.

Any additional funds required to fund the raffle system prizes for the community or for additional teampay or expansion will be utlisied out of the funds (=/-$41k ) returned from the MEMECOIN proposal.

These funds will cover the project ongoing costs and expansion for the next 6 months and allow the project to continue and provide community with events, fun, prizes and a great place to be going into the hopeful bull market
