[Nouns Builder PRPL 57] BuilderDAO communications

Description BuilderDAO communications: newsletter, notion, and gifs tl:dr: Restart of BuilderDAO newsletter, creation of notion for prop tracking and token gifs for discord and socials for 5 eth total to two builders.

This prop seeks to amp up BuilderDAO communications with three specific actions:

Restart of the BuilderDAO newsetter for 3 months under Satori to improve both internal and external DAO communications.

• Weekly newsletter for 3 months highlighting props and activity in BuilderDAO as well as DAOs created on Nouns Builder.
• Highlights of new DAOs and projects funded by Builder.
• Provide an option for BuilderDAO members to stay up to date on dao activities and promote those activities externally via social media channels and discord.
• This will similar to prior newsletters - example: https://builderdao.substack.com/p/bagels-and-builders
• Satori (gnars newsletter found here: https://gnarly.news/p/gnarly-news-28?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email) will be taking over for bk who is no longer available.
• 1 eth per month for weekly newsletter creation and notion updating. (3 eth total)

Creation of a notion site for proposal tracking and location for DAO tool and newsletter links.

• Creation of community notion site with prop tracking for projects funded by BuilderDAO via onchain props and prop house.
• BuilderDAO toolbox area for easy access to links to tools created for DAOs.

• 1 eth ask in this prop for creation of notion site.

Creation of 42 animated gifs by Graphicography for use as discord stickers and emojis, on Twitter and as a means to encourage auction activity.

• 28 animated BuilderDAO tokens, some with gm added, to be used as discord sticker and other socials. Aestetically pleasing tokens will be selected from the first 200+.
• Additionally, 14 tokens will be animated for 2 weeks of daily auction to help promote the auctions, running from the time the prop passes for 14 days. We'll also have an opportunity to live stream the creation in discord and promote that these 14 will have an animation created.
• Graphicography has been animating the daily Noun which you can find on his twitter. (example: https://twitter.com/Graphicography_/status/1662977350395629569?s=20)
• 1 eth ask for creation of gifs.

Builder DAO is dedicated to the creation and development of free and accessible DAO infrastructure as a public good.

This proposal furthers that mission of BuilderDAO via communication to our members as well as externally. Gifs can be used by members in other servers and on socials, while the newsletter and notion will provide additional communication channels.

Treasury Impact This prop will have minimal impact on the treasury with an ask of 5 eth total (approx. .7%).
