Delegating Purple's Builder DAO token to billzh.eth

TLDR: Delegate our Builder token to billzh.eth who will vote based on community polls & communicate with Builder when Purple has requests regarding their tooling.

After PRPL 8 Purchase a BuilderDAO Token at Auction passed, Purple has purchased 1 Builder DAO token. Currently, it is in Purple's Snapshot and Delegation Multisig (eth:0xCF5A09D5BA584F2a301e2164E688CC9058Bcd133)

This proposal requests to delegate this token to billzh.eth (aka myself, @billzh on Farcaster) to reduce governance overhead while enhancing Purple's connection with Builder DAO.

As a delegate, I will be responsible for the following:

1. create snapshot voting to poll Purples on Builder DAO proposals whenever necessary. (I can also experiment with Discord emoji voting to streamline the process)

2. cast votes according to poll results

3. work with Builder DAO to fix any technical issue Purple has experienced and submit feature requests (for nouns.build frontend, Builder DAO contracts etc.)

I have been a member of Purple since December 2022 (#53) and have so far authored 7 proposals (incl. two on behalf of others) - 5 were approved, 1 defeated and 1 still pending.

In additional, as an author of Alphacaster.xyz which supports many Nounish DAOs (incl. Builder itself), I am familiar with Builder DAO's governance and toolings. I have filed a number of bug reports on behalf of Purple in Builder's Discord channels.

By granting me the delegation, you will be empowering a passionate and experienced individual to represent the interests of Purple in Builder DAO. I am excited to take on this responsibility and contribute to the continued success and growth of Purple.
