KittVault Minting Exclusives and using them for intercommunity advertising / outreach

KittyVault Minting Purrnelope's Exclusives Proposal

There has been discussion in the Purrnelope's Discord revolving around using KittyVault funds to advertise and integrate with other communities instead of straight adding to the vault this time around. We haven't tried this before and lots of different ideas have been thrown into the mix.

What is the problem?

Purrnelope's requires as much marketing as it can <> The KittyVault needs to try some tactics that aren’t just accumulation

We know how great this community is. We know Purrs is great. When people really look at what has happened in this community, they find it hard to leave. We need to get more people to really look at us.

It was proposed that we spend 40 ETH + gas (minimal right now at 3 gwei) of our KittyVault standing Ethereum on the Purrnelopes Exclusives Mint.

There is an essential distinction between this proposal and the “floor sweep” we have done before for the main Purrnelopes Collection. This Ethereum goes directly to the team to further the project instead of those leaving the community.

This will get us 400 Exclusives. We can then allow the community to vote on and build different ways to integrate these into other communities once the mint has closed, making them even more... exclusive.

This could be reaching out to DAOs and hosting talks while giving them this $TOKEN yielding NFT.

Twitter engagement competitions with the winning communities getting some NFTs.

Art integration/ derivative competitions. EG the best Purr in doodles derivative by a doodles community member would win Doodles some NFTs.

The exact details can be ironed out by the community after the mint, right now the vote is on if we should do this before the mint closes. We will extend the mint window slightly to accommodate for a longer vote to allow many more purrs to vote, but this will be closing shortly after this vote completes.

In short, the goal would be to use the funds we have to spend in the KittyVault into a big advertising event for Purrnelopes Country Club. We haven’t tried anything to this effect of yet and if successful it will do far more good than buying for the KittyVault. If not successful, worst case scenario is the team get the ETH and use it to deliver for the community with some $TOKEN yielding assets in the hands of those that the community selects. (This 400 is lower than the 500 the team have already given away).
