The Grandma Swap Service

This is a proposal to mint all of the Grandmas that the KittyVault can, set aside a small amount of ETH (Sub 2 ETH) for gas and then allow a swap service.

If the KittyVault holds your Grandma, you are able to send any other Grandma to the KittyVault, open a ticket on discord and claim a Grandma in the KittyVault which you have the matching number #PCC.

To make it clear, you must own the https://opensea.io/collection/purrnelopes-country-club NFT, to claim a matching Grandma number.
