Liquidate (some) of the KV to bid PCC and earn $BLUR

The first serious Community Council suggestion is here. Not too long ago our community suggested various members they thought would have their best interests at heart. This collection of individuals, the council, have been hard at work brainstorming what can be done.

The suggestion that won out was to propose we raise ETH via the KittyVault to then farm $BLUR rewards by bidding on our own collection.

This allows us to provide an exit for those who want out, it shows we believe in ourselves, it then allows us to passively use the KittyVault to farm a reward in $BLUR with the goal of upping our volume to up our points and also it becomes amazing marketing.

The suggested amount by the council is to bid 0.11 ETH on our collection with 110 ETH raised meaning bidding for 1,000 PCC. If this passes, we will have a second vote on this, with this as the heavy suggestion.

Again, if passes, we will vote when $BLUR rewards arrive over what we do with them.

After council discussion, they have opted to raise the funds (if accepted) avoiding the Ape ecosystem. IE, the Ape will not be sold for this raise.
