Proposal 1: Community Build Competition pt 2

This vote is to approve the Build Contest Game before the Genesis Launch. The Build Contest will operate under the following params:

Prizes

1. 50% of build proceeds will be split by the final 4 (remaining will go to ARC)
2. Grand Camp will earn citizenship #10 automatically

Qualifying

Builds created after block 15396861 (2474+) will be eligible for qualification. There will be a 96 hour (4 days) period to enter by building a PuzlPunk.

At that time, a snapshot will be taken. The builds made during that time will be organized into teams (background color) . The top leading builds of each team determines eligible teams and builds for competition.

The rarest builds from each of the 4 qualifying teams will be added to contest.

During each round, voting will be activated. Voting will take place using signatures (there is no fee to vote). Each round, voting will reset.

Voting

Each round will last 24 hours. Anyone can vote in each round via wallet signature. A PuzlPunk is not required to vote (1 wallet, 1 vote).
