Issue PWN access POAPs regularly?

We (PWN) are currently issuing the PWN access POAP key irregularly, mostly on an ad-hoc basis.

Should we establish a regular drop schedule to the people on the waitlist (e.g. 10 poaps every week)?

If yes, what should be the baseline issuance?

(Note: We'll keep dropping POAPs on an ad-hoc basis in addition to the regular drop schedule.)
