PXG-IP #4: Add pxg.eth avatar support for Swaggy Cows

Proposal

I propose that we add pxg.eth avatar support for Swaggy Cows. Swaggy Cows is a profile picture collection that I (WoodCollector) created together with my sister (ebbanosen).

I've been a proud Pixelglyph supporter since the very beginning (my lowest # pixelglpyh that I minted is #89) so when Pixelglpyhs announced a DAO I thought I would utilize it. This is my first time in a DAO however so I hope I am doing this the right way.

Purpose

The purpose of this proposal is to increase the amount of supported collections for pxg.eth avatars. I don't really see any reason as to why it shouldn't be added other than that other, bigger, collections maybe should be prioritized.

Overall it should be easy to add and it would only increase the possibilites for pxg.eth owners.
