[Pyme07] - Second $PYME Conversion Event

We are presenting a proposal for the second Pyme Points to Pyme Token Community Conversion event. These tokens would be minted out of the DAO allocation.

It is important to note that this will be the one and only proposal we will put to vote on this topic.

Eligibility Requirements

1. You must be a Gold Member on Pyme.
2. You must be an active member of the Pyme Discord Community.

Token Unlock Schedule

• Initial Unlock: 0%
• Cliff Period: 6 months (unlock process begins after 6 months)
• Unlock Duration: 18 months (equal monthly unlock)

Claim Period

Participants must complete their token conversion within a one week timeframe via the Pyme website.

Conversion Terms

We value your decision on the conversion rate for this event. To ensure transparency and fairness, we are offering multiple conversion rate options and the community can vote to decide the most suitable rate. The options are as follows:

1. Option A - 1:1 (1 Point = 1 Token)
2. Option B - 2:1 (2 Points = 1 Token)
3. Option C - 5:1 (5 Points = 1 Token)
4. Option D - 10:1 (10 Points = 1 Token)
5. Option E - No Token Conversion

The option with the most votes will determine how the conversion event will proceed.
