is there any way to reach support of any kind?

i had 2 eth on acc when it was stolen worth over 4k, i repaid after theft, max amount so total stolen is now under 1k, i then deposited about 8k, so all those funds are easily traceable into qbt after the hack and where not stolen. in fact i supplied qbt twice by repaying debt and supplying the site. yet i am entitled to .003 bnb a week which does not stack and only recently can i withdraw it for less fee than the .003. considering my repayment wasnt stolen and covered the funds that where, it should be almost a wash but i dont mind, keep the stolen and the repayment, but the deposit i made after, because some reason withdrawing was disabled but depositing wasnt, and the do not deposit sign only apeared after i did deposit. Can i retrieve atleast my deposit after the hack or 50% of it? I am left broke after this and covid. Cant believe a site I used for a year does this and I cant get simple help. my funds are easily viewed on qbt. I have yet to claim any funds the site offers and again i deposited hours after hack, a sum thousands higher than stated, since the amount was rolled back to prices durring hack,
