stolen funds

hello, i joined qbt when it opened, the day of hack i logged into the site about an hour after hack was already known of and anounced but nothing on my page displayed it, i repaid my loan which was allowed, and then deposited, which was allowed, then i tried to with draw and the sign popped up not to deposit. this was about 8500$ not counting what i paid back, later my amount stolen was changed to 6200 for hacked block even though my money wasnt hacked as i held it and repaid it, and is now worth over 10k. the .8 eth i can concede was on the account already. but i followed the hashes and my funds are in the qbt wallet and where not stolen. why depositing or paying back wasnt closed i dont know, since withdrawing was, but i recently also got hacked on another website and am completely broke. i have spoken to binance and a lawyer and other sites, they all told me to file police report so binance can freeze accounts and so that police can start investigation, since the promised police report is just a list of our accs and not a police report. ironicly a documentry just came out a, about a guy who faked his own death running a similar website to steal 200 mil. he got mass atention, newspapers, interpol, police, etc. I dont want to go through all that but now i need the money as covid has caused most of my family well all but my mom to lose thier jobs, and her paid lowered. so i ask to receive the bnb i deposited and is currently in qbt acc, i cant collect the 3 pennies i am given a week that cost 1$ to get nor will i live 500 years. so i ask for qbt to send me back the 11 bnb i deposited way after hack, and i can see them in the wallet now. they weren't stolen, by the hacker, they are held by qbt with their own self given authority. I am no longer in a position to not file a police report so plz just send my money back, it isnt yours and isnt stolen. the eth was stolen but i repaid much more in what i borrowed so their is a reason to retrieve that also but i can live with the bnb alone. plz do the right thing, and i wish i saw you where connected to hunny who blatantly steals money that you deposit, say wait for devs and have done this to me for almost a year. pla issue my funds back. thank you for your consideration and time, i also see some other bugs on the site i can share after i get my non stolen money back, thx again, i have 10.5 qbnb equak to 11 bnb that grew in your wallet, no reason to refund hacked blocks values.
