QIP053: Provide Otterclam Locker with MAI

This proposal is to decide on whether to provide 100,000 MAI into a lending market for CLAM on Market.xyz.

Seeding this market would deepen our relationship with both OtterCalm and Market.xyz. It will also create more utility for CLAM which in turn creates more demand for MAI through their bonds and creating positive strategy loops.

Motivation

• Increase demand for MAI
• Introduce new audiences to MAI
• Continue strong relationship with Market.xyz and OtterClam
