QIP155: Add Curve stETH Pool yVault as Collateral for MAI

yvstETH is a receipt token for an stETH strategy on Yearn Finance. The strategy earns 7.43% APY, which comes from Curve Finance.

At the time of writing, yvstETH has a TVL of over $100M on Ethereum.

Proposed risk parameters

• 125% minimum collateral to debt ratio
• Minimum borrow: 10,000 MAI
• Maximum borrow per vault: 20M MAI

Motivation

• Grow TVL on Ethereum
• Increase revenue
• Strengthen relationship with Yearn
