QIP206: Final Implementation Details for eQI Migration

Pursuant to QIP202, this proposal seeks to approve the final implementation details for the migration of escrowedQI (eQI) and QI to advanced voting escrowed QI (aveQI).

• Contract owner will be set to QiDao Guardians on Ethereum if this proposal is approved

• Locking periods will continue from where they left off on Polygon

aveQI and the LP contract have been shared with the Balancer team who reviewed the implementation.

QI bridging to other chains

• the OFT standard will be used to allow whitelisted protocols the ability to bridge QI from Ethereum
