QIP106: Add xxLINK as collateral for MAI

xxLINK (Tetu autocompounding LINK) is a LINK strategy on Tetu.io. It earns yield through Tetu’s Splitter vault strategy by leveraging Aave. Additional strategies can be added by Tetu to diversify yields.

Motivation

• Grow relationship with Tetu
• Increase protocol revenue
• Increase TVL

Quorum Standards

The option with the most votes will be adopted. A weighted average will be used to decide on the minimum CDR if the following conditions are met:

• The options to add xxLINK collectively outweigh the option to not add xxLINK
• The option to not add xxLINK receives more votes than any option to add xxLINK

• Add xxLINK at 130% min CDR
