QIP #1 : qWOM Lock Pool on BNB Chain and Arbitrum

Abstract : qWOM is the liquid version of locked WOM, issued by Quoll Finance. Presently, its peg is highly volatile, significantly affecting qWOM's value relative to WOM. To stabilize this peg, we plan to introduce a qWOM Lock Pool and allocate Extra QUO rewards to it. We believe this initiative will help stabilize the peg and enhance overall trust.

Motivation : Currently, users may encounter significant volatility when swapping between qWOM and WOM, which can lead to uncertainty. To preserve the value of qWOM and maintain user trust, we plan to implement a qWOM Lock Pool. This will help secure a more stable peg and offer higher rewards for our long-term investors and users.

Specification

• Deploy the qWOM Lock Pool on BNB Chain and Arbitrum
• Allocate Extra QUO rewards to it
• Lock period is set to be 90 days, with a relock option at the end of the period
• A second vote can occur to set a different period if needed
